Bertrand Rathke

Commander Rathke was born April 22, 3665, in London, England, son of Jeremy and Margaret. He attended CESO Fleet Training Facilities in Nice, France and Aldrin Park, Luna. In 3688 he graduated Officer School in the upper quarter of his class and was assigned to the C.E. Saratoga. Rathke received a commendation from his commanding officer for saving the life of a crew member who was nearly crushed during a heavy equipment transfer.
