Dead Men Tell You Lies
Using units that are about to get undone to make a fake attack or complicate the happenings of the timeline. This is often the only way to extract value when events lose their cause. If a unit ends up saving itself it will form a Paradox.
If the units death becomes undone then the events actually happen. Using an order queue that takes long to execute can be used to make the association with the unit action and the fact that it has died harder to spot. If the unit has a long life individual parts of it can be used separately on different attacks. This way splitting the life on multiple attacks makes the pieces vanish more quickly, however making the opponent timeline flash red all over the place can be a good scare even if it lasts a limited time.
