The Pharoligo is an advanced Grekim Bomber and specialist. It is most effective against ground targets, but effective against all enemies. It can launch a Freeze Bomb to stop all nearby units, including itself, to be stuck where they are and unable to fight. It can also split down into an Octo and a Sepi.
