Experimentally IcedTactics was altered to regenerate chronoenergy equally fast in all timeline positions in 0.2.4.0

Some balancing happened on humans in 0.3.0.0

Blackbird heal was slowed in 0.4.1.0

All costs were altered in 0.5.0.0. Most costs were divided by 5, though Resource Processors' cost was increased to 50Resource Lcrystal.PNG (would have been 250Resource Lcrystal.PNG under old system, was 150Resource Lcrystal.PNG). New competitive map starting resources are 300Resource Lcrystal.PNG 40Resource Qplasma.PNG.

Research times were increased in 0.5.1.0. Healing times were changed.

All races introduced in 0.6.0.0. Humans lost the TriMAR, instead having the Twin MAR improved to compensate. Cloak detection was moved to SOP and Tornade from ATHC and Lancer. Defense Turrets and Carriers made cheaper.

In 0.6.1.0, Grekim chronoportation requires an active Mound rather than Arcticus. Dome beam range decreased. Arcticus cost, size, and build time massively reduced. Grekim units now don't need an Arcticus attached at all times.
